Rates: A minimum stay of three nights is required. The rate for three nights is $270.00 for one bedroom and $375.00 for both bedrooms. The weekly rate for one bedroom is $350.00. The weekly rate for use of both bedrooms is $500.00. The monthly rate for use of one bedroom is $1,200.00. The monthly rate for use of both bedrooms is $1,500.00. No tax is added.

Deposit: For reservations of less than one month a deposit equal to one-half of the stay is required. For monthly stays, a deposit for one-half of the first month is required.

Cancellation: Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future reservation.

Manner of Payment: Unless other arrangements are made the balance is due at the time of check in. Monthly tenants are required to pay in advance at the beginning of each month. We are unable to accept credit cards. Personal or business checks are acceptable.
